Transport Administrator
Location: Dumbarton
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to support our busy traffic team. If you're a strong communicator with strong admin skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll need excellent people skills, the ability to multi-task and have a keen eye for detail.
The Role Involves:
Carrying out routine administrative tasks that directly support the Traffic team
Manage vehicle servicing records: scanning, filing, and updating our maintenance planner.
Use of industry specific software to help plan and meet customer needs
Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues by phone and email
Ability to work under pressure
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a transport company
Confident using Microsoft Office and able to pick up industry software quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
