Transport Administrator

Location:  Dumbarton
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to support our busy traffic team. If you're a strong communicator with strong admin skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll need excellent people skills, the ability to multi-task and have a keen eye for detail.

The Role Involves:

  • Carrying out routine administrative tasks that directly support the Traffic team

  • Manage vehicle servicing records: scanning, filing, and updating our maintenance planner.

  • Use of industry specific software to help plan and meet customer needs

  • Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues by phone and email

  • Ability to work under pressure

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a transport company

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to pick up industry software quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
