LGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Glasgow

Galt Transport is recruiting an LGV Class 1 Driver based at Scotstoun, supporting our long-standing customer. With a consistent day shift and collections and deliveries across the Glasgow area, this role offers a predictable working week and home time every evening for someone with flatbed experience.

The role
Reporting to the Scotstoun Supervisor, you will carry out scheduled runs between Govan and Scotstoun, daily deliveries to Scottish Galvanisers, and support various internal and cross-site movements, including BMODs, jigs, crane pads, and weights.
You’ll work safely and efficiently, communicate clearly with your supervisor and flag any delays or issues promptly.
What you’ll need
A valid LGV (C+E) licence
Flatbed experience
Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
A professional, presentable and dependable approach
Good communication and organisational skills
ADR qualifications would be an advantage
