Finance & Administration Assistant

We are seeking an organised and thorough Finance and Administration Assistant to join our small and committed team within our busy traffic office. The role will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to both customers and colleagues

  • Entering accurate booking details on our in-house computer system and handling subsequent booking correspondence

  • Scanning completed job lines, generating and issuing invoices

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and e-mail

  • Processing driver wages on a weekly basis via Sage payroll

The ideal candidate will be:

  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Sage and the Microsoft suite of programmes

  • Have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a pro-active, positive attitude

  • Have previous experience in administration and customer service with excellent spoken and written communication skills

  • Have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under pressure in a busy environment

Full time, permanent. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
