Accounts Assistant (3 month FTC)
We have a vacancy for a temporary Administration Assistant to join our office team in Dumbarton to cover our busy summer period. The role will involve:
- Providing administrative support to both external customers and internal colleagues
- Entering accurate booking details on our in-house computer system and handling subsequent booking correspondence
- Scanning completed job lines, generating and issuing invoices. Experience of Sage preferred.
- Accurately and professionally dealing with customer enquiries via phone and e-mail
- Carrying out general admin support duties as and when required eg. Filing, mail, entering invoices etc.
The ideal candidate will be:
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programmes
- Have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a pro-active, positive attitude
- Have previous experience in administration and customer service with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
Full time, fixed term contract for 3 months with potential to extend. Salary dependant on experience.
