Accounts Assistant (3 month FTC)

We have a vacancy for a temporary Administration Assistant to join our office team in Dumbarton to cover our busy summer period. The role will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to both external customers and internal colleagues
  • Entering accurate booking details on our in-house computer system and handling subsequent booking correspondence
  • Scanning completed job lines, generating and issuing invoices. Experience of Sage preferred.
  • Accurately and professionally dealing with customer enquiries via phone and e-mail
  • Carrying out general admin support duties as and when required eg. Filing, mail, entering invoices etc.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programmes
  • Have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a pro-active, positive attitude
  • Have previous experience in administration and customer service with excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure in a busy environment

Full time, fixed term contract for 3 months with potential to extend.  Salary dependant on experience.
